According to Microsoft, they will be our savior from "Voicemail Jail". No longer will we have to play telephone tag, because we will have our Computers, PDA's, cell phones, Instant Messaging Services, Abacuses, and First Response Devices all unified and accessible from any other device. There will be nowhere to hide, unless you click the away button, as with AOL Instant Messenger. You will be able to choose communications via text, voice, and or video at anytime any place all integrated under Microsoft's loving embrace.
